Journal introduction:

La revista "Studia Monastica" d'investigació del monaquisme, d'àmbit internacional, fou fundada el 1959 per Garcia Colombàs i Llull, monjo de Montserrat, que la dirigí fins l'any 1969. Té un consell de redacció internacional i admet articles en les principals llengües cultes.
